The Griggs County Musesum received a $1,500 grant from the North Dakota State Historical Society in September of 2011.
This enabled us to purchase several hundred boxes of various sizes for documents, clothing, records and artifacts. These boxes are acid free, very well sealed to keep out dust and limit the amount of humidity variation.
A summer project will establish new shelving system and they will be entered into the ongoing catalog system.
