is the schools janitor. He was born in America of Norwegian parents in Winnesheik County, Iowa on December 10, 1870. His father, Alf Alfsen, and his mother, Kjersti Sandersen, werefrom Tinn, Telemarken. Alfsen operated a farm until he moved to Fargo in 1911. He has worked as a janitor at the Oak Grove Seminar for the two last years.
