Binford, North Dakota

His wife, Sadie Svang, was born in America of Norwegian parents from Hallingdal. Her father Oliver Svang lives in Montivideo, Minnesota. They have an adoptive son Harald. Braaten came to Binford, North Dakota in 1907 and has worked for the same business since then.
