Pekin, North Dakota
is the elevator manager. He was born in Stangvik on June 21, 1874 and emigrated to America in 1888 to Nelson County. He came to Pekin when the town started in 1906 and has lived here since.
His wife, Paula Olsen, was born in Wisconsin of Norwegian parents. They have four children.
