G. O. Johnson

Finley, North Dakota

is a farmer. He was born in Ulvik, Hardanger on January 23, 1855 and emigrated to America in 1867 to Trempelau County, Wisconsin where he lived until 1882 when he came to North Dakota Territory. He took a homestead in that area and lives at this time on his homestead farm. He has worked as County treasurer in Steele County, for four years and as County Commissioner for nine years. He is an eager LaFollette man and a beloved and public spirited Norwegian.
