McVille, North Dakota

In 1880 he came to Nelson County, North Dakota and took preemption in Nesheim Township and a homestead in Lee Township in 1882 and has lived there since as a farmer.
His wife, Mathea Andersen, is from Ringsaker. They have four daughters and three sons. Selmer has a homestead in Billings, Montana, Alfred and Oliver are on the farm. Anna is married to Endre Johnson, a farmer near Mcville, North Dakota. Marie is married to Ole Haugen, a farmer near McVille North Dakota. Mina is married to Ole Almaas of Aneta, North Dakota. Hilda is at home on the farm.
