Pekin, North Dakota
was born in Helgeland the on March 15, 1880 and emigrated to America in 1887 to Nelson County. He has a farm two miles from Pekin. He was the president of the the Sons of Norway regional society "Luren" for two years and is now the Judge. He is the Assessor in Olga Township.
His wife, Hilma Pedersen, is from Ofoten. They have One daughter.
