Prof. Gustav Nordberg

is a Tronder and was born in Sparbu, northern Trondhjems District on August 22, 1882. He attended High School in Gleenwood, Minnesota and at Augsburg Seminar fro 1898 to 1899 and from 1899 to 1902 (A. B.). He was a teacher at the public school in Douglas and Pope Counties, Minnesota from 1902 to 1905. He attended Augsburg Seminar from 1905 to 1908 (C. T.). He was a priest in Hancock, Michigan from 1908 to 1910; Hampden, North Dakota from 1910 to 1914 and Churches Ferry, North Dakota from 1914 to 1915. He became a teacher with Oak Grove Seminar last fall and is an instructor in Bible Specialization, Norwegian and Pedagogy.
