Aneta, North Dakota
works for the Nortz Lumber Company. He was born in Ullensvang, Hardanger on April 26, 1880 and emigrated to America in 1898 to Hills, Minnesota. He then moved to Presho, South Dakota and worked there for twelve years as a Lumberman. He moved to Grove City, Minnesota and from there to Aneta, North Dakota in July 1916.
His wife, Anne Nelson, was born in America of Norwegian parents in Kansas. Her father was in the the Civil War and was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin of Norwegian parents.
