Finley, North Dakota
is a farmer. He was born in Dale, Sondfjord on June 17, 1864 and emigrated to America in 1884 to Whitehall, Wisconsin. He came to Finley, North Dakota to Mons Stordahl. He purchased a farm in Finley Township in 1896 and has lived there since as a farmer.
His wife, Laura Gjerstad, is from Dale in Sondfjord. They have seven children. The oldest son Henrik is on the farm.
